“AI” meat rail systems are made from anodized aluminium alloy and provide an optimal solution for hanging, storing, and transporting meat carcasses in a highly hygienic and safe way. They are suitable for use in any kind of cold room environment.
Each project is tailored to precise measurements and meticulously designed to fulfil the unique needs of our customers. The rail can extend from the delivery, through cold storage and to the cutting area, thus keeping the meat flowing quickly and easily throughout the whole working process.
Our comprehensive range of components, including 3 and 4-way switches, as well as 90 and 135-degree bends, are strategically designed to maximize storage and space utilisation. In pursuit of this goal, we also offer an extensive selection of special accessories.
Between the posts, every meat rail system is equipped with hanging bars, very useful to store small pieces of meat. For further storage versatility, folding shelves can be added to expand storage options. Additionally, to enhance the operational workflow, we can also provide electronic weighing scales, hoists and more.
