About Us
About Us
For over 50 years, we have been designing and producing anodized aluminum alloy meat rail systems and meat frames for the handling and storage of meats.
We proudly assert that our innovative internal sliding hook rail system, conceived by our founder in the early 1970s, positioned us as pioneers in workplace safety and completely revolutionized the industry, becoming a benchmark even for our current competitors.
Subsequently, we expanded our product range to include equipment and shelving tailored specifically for cold storage rooms. Over time, we have also added display equipment for the fruit and vegetable sector to complement our traditional production.
Our team has preserved the values of cohesion and stability inherited from our initial family enterprise, enabling us to accumulate substantial experience and technical expertise. Our choice to maintain a smaller company size ensures that we remain flexible and readily adaptable to customer needs.
Quality
Our Committment to Quality
We manufacture all of our products using nothing but high-quality materials, with the primary focus on the exclusive profiles we have designed ourselves. These profiles are extruded with alloys that adhere to European standards EN AW-6060 and EN AW-6063. Additionally, they are anodized in accordance with the guidelines of the European QUALANOD - EURAS-EWAA brand. This meticulous process ensures the creation of durable, time-lasting products suitable for food contact.
In our products designed for food contact, the stainless steel and plastics we employ always comply with the regulations and are certified according to European directives. The finished products undergo tests to ensure their suitability for direct food contact.
We ensure and certify the load capacities of our equipment by designing them in strict compliance to the safety standards prescribed by Eurocode 9 (European standard EN1999 for aluminum structure design).
We use exclusive, special bearings which have been conceived and certified on purpose for us. We conducted rigorous tests on factors such as load-bearing capacity, material and lubricant cold resistance, smoothness of operation at low temperatures, durability, and consistent performance. Recognizing the paramount importance of safety, we also commissioned thorough verification tests for the complete sliding hook. In both cases, the results we achieved were outstanding.
